ELEMENTARY SCHOOL announces EARLY REGISTRATION for the incoming KINDERGARTEN and GRADE 1

📣 Ang EARLY REGISTRATION ay para sa school year 2022-2023.

📣 Simula sa March 25 hanggang
April 30, 2022, inaanyayahan ang mga magulang ng mga sumusunod para magpalista:

📌 KINDER: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018).
📌 GRADE 1: Mga batang kasalukuyang nakaenrol sa Kindergarten

PAMAMARAAN sa PAGPAPATALA

1. Kumuha ng kopya ng enrollment form sa paaralan.
2. Kumpletuhin ang impormasyong kailangan. Huwag pong kalimutan na maglagay ng contact number.
3. Ibalik ang form kasama ng kopya ng Birth Certificate. Siguraduhing di maghihiwalay ang enrollment form at Birth Certificate.

📣 Siguraduhin lamang po na susunod tayo sa health protocols na ipinapatupad sa ating paaralan. Palagi pong magsuot ng face mask at magsocial distancing. Huwag na po magsama ng Bata. Magdala rin po ng sariling ballpen. Maraming Salamat po 😊

This is to inform the parents or guardians of STA. FILOMENA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL learners that the enrollment for School Year 2021-2022 will start on August 16, 2021 until September 13, 2021

STEPS:

and accomplish the Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (MLESF) from any of the teachers of STA. FILOMENA ES or at STA. FILOMENA ES Office and fill out the form, afterwhich submit said form to the teachers.
