The schedule of the event has been set for the third week of September to provide ample time for the transition of newly elected student officers, the appointment and orientation of the new adviser, and the compon letion of other essential matters from the previous term. This adjustment ensures that the event will be properly organized and conducted for the benefit of all participants.

To officially join the celebration, students are required to accomplish and sign the agreement form provided below. By signing the form, participants acknowledge their willingness to participate in the event and abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the organizers.

Greetings! We would like to inform everyone that Frosh Day has been postponed until further notice. This decision was made to give enough time for the smooth transition of the newly elected officers and to allow the new team to properly prepare and organize the event. The additional time will also help us review and finalize the schedule of activities, program flow, and other event details to ensure that Frosh Day will be well-planned and enjoyable for everyone.

In addition, we are currently facing budget constraints, which require us to carefully review and allocate our available resources. Postponing the event will give us more time to address these financial limitations and ensure that Frosh Day can be conducted successfully without compromising the quality of the program.

We understand that many of you have been looking forward to this event, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make Frosh Day a successful and memorable experience for all.
