||𝐁𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘||


In light of recent survey findings and our steadfast commitment to ensuring that no member of our community is left behind, BPSU shall implement the following academic and administrative arrangements for September 1 to 5, 2026.

-All classes shall be conducted through asynchronous online modality.

-Related Learning Experience (RLE), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Field Study activities shall utilize appropriate online simulations.

-Faculty members may proceed with final-period topics. Remaining midterm examinations may be rescheduled to the following week, when necessary.

-All offices shall implement online transactions and Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangements. Frontline services, including essential Finance and Cashier operations, shall remain onsite to ensure uninterrupted services.

-No student activities shall be conducted throughout the week.
Online counseling and teleconsultation services of the Health Services Unit (HSU) shall remain available to students and employees.

-The implementation of the full student uniform requirement shall take effect on September 14, 2026.

These measures are intended to provide students and employees, particularly those directly affected, with sufficient time to recover while allowing the University administration to undertake the necessary preparations to ensure the safety, readiness, and orderly operation of all campuses.

The BPSU community is encouraged to remain updated through official University channels and to continue prioritizing health, safety, and well-being.

Any subsequent suspension or directive issued by the National Government shall supersede this university advisory.

At the heart of every meaningful education lies the responsibility to use knowledge for the greater good. This is a principle reflected in BPSU’s commitment to developing not only competent and accomplished learners, but individuals grounded in integrity and driven by a sincere commitment to their communities and the nation.

This National Heroes Day, may we honor not only the sacrifices of our heroes, but also the values they embodied. May their courage inspire us to stand for what is right, their perseverance strengthen us through adversity, and their love for country remind us that even the smallest act of service can create a meaningful difference.

Marking BPSU’s return to the prestigious TOSP search after a notable hiatus, the University once again steps into the national spotlight of student excellence as one of its outstanding learners earns a place among the distinguished finalists of the 59th Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines – Region III (TOSP-R3) Search.

BPSU proudly celebrates Lea Marielle Mallorca A. Miranda, a graduate of the BTVTED program from Abucay Campus, for earning the distinction of Regional Finalist, a significant milestone that reflects her academic excellence, community engagement, and commitment to meaningful service, embodying the spirit of a Peninsulares who strives not only for achievement but also to create a lasting impact beyond the university.

The Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) has long stood as a prestigious institution for recognizing exceptional student leaders whose achievements and advocacies contribute meaningfully to their communities and the country. Within this tradition, Lea Marielle emerges as a compelling representation of the ideals that TOSP seeks to uphold: excellence anchored in character, leadership guided by purpose, and achievement translated into service.
