ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 14

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 126, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 14, 2026:

πŸ“ Quezon
πŸ“ Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall likewise be implemented in these areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 122 na inilabas ng Office of the President sa pamamagitan ni Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto noong Agosto 5, 2026, ipinapaalam sa mga mamamayan ng Occidental Mindoro na:
Dahil sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan bunga ng Bagyong Maymay at ng Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), at base sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), opisyal na SUSPENDIDO ang klase sa lahat ng antas at trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa buong lalawigan ng Occidental Mindoro bukas, Agosto 6, 2026 (Huwebes).

⚠️ MAHALAGANG PAALALA:
Ang mga empleyado ng ahensiyang may hawak ng basic at health services, disaster preparedness/response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo ay PATULOY NA MAG-UULAT SA TRABAHO upang maglingkod sa publiko.

Ang Local Chief Executive ng bawat bayan/munisipalidad sa Occidental Mindoro ay maaaring magpatupad ng karagdagang lokal na hakbang kung kinakailangan, batay sa sitwasyon sa kani-kanilang lugar.

Para sa pribadong sektor, nasa desisyon ito ng kani-kanilang employer o management kung magsususpinde rin sila ng trabaho.

Ang suspensyong ito ay agad na ipapatupad.

🌧️ Manatiling ligtas at maging mapagbantay sa panahon ng malakas na pag-ulan. Iwasan ang paglalakbay sa mga lugar na madaling mabaha o malubog sa tubig-baha. Sundin ang mga opisyal na update mula sa inyong LGU, PDRRMO, at PAGASA para sa karagdagang impormasyon.

In view of the continued heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Zambales, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are hereby suspended on 06 August 2026.

Agencies delivering essential and emergency services shall continue their operations. The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
