Apurawan NHS transformed into a reading wonderland as we celebrated this year’s Reading Month with a whole day of fun, learning, and creativity! 🤩🎉

The excitement began with our Opening Program, followed by brain-boosting battles in the Spelling Bee, Quiz Bee, Declamation, and Readers Theater. Our ARAL learners also took the spotlight with their special spelling and quiz bee segments plus an amazing ARAL presentation! 🌟👏

The afternoon was a total show-stealer with our colorful Book and Movie Character Parade, filled with heroes, villains, royalty, and magical characters walking around campus! 😍✨

We wrapped up the celebration with elegance and confidence as we crowned this year’s Mr. and Ms. Reading Ambassador and Ambassadress! 👑📖

Huge cheers to all participants and winners! 🥳

Apurawan National High School proudly launches the ARAL (Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning) Program, a nationwide mission of the Department of Education to help every Filipino learner reclaim learning, strengthen foundations, and achieve success.

The ARAL Program focuses on building stronger skills in reading, comprehension, and foundational learning areas, ensuring that no learner is left behind. With the guidance of dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and the community, we take a big step toward a brighter future for every Apuraweño student. 💙💛

Bilang pakikiisa sa Pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, ang Apurawan National High School ay malugod na nakilahok sa Pandistritong Selebrasyon ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2025 na ginanap sa Sto. Niño Elementary School.
Buong husay at galing na ipinakita ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang Talento sa Katutubong Sayaw, Sabayang Pagbigkas, Dalawahang Tinig, Tagis Talino at Bidyokasiya.
Nakamit ng Apurawan National High School ang Unang Puwesto sa Katutubong Sayaw mula sa mga piling mag-aaral ng SHS at Grade 8, Dalawahang Tinig mula sa Grade 7 na sina Traizane Leigh Sebido at Rafael Pastrana gayundin ang Sabayang Pagbigkas na mula sa mga mag-aaral ng Grade 10- Aguinaldo.
Nakamit naman ni Amiyah O. Garcia mula sa Grade 10- Bonifacio ang ikalawang Puwesto para sa Bidyokasiya at nakakuha din ng Ikalawang puwesto si Jeshurun Mercy Algura ng Grade 8-Mabuti para sa Tagis Talino.
Isang pagpupugay sa dedikasyon at puso ng mga tagapasanay at tagapayo ng mga mag-aaral ng Apurawan National High School.

NSED at ANHS

Apurawan National High School successfully conducted the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, showcasing the school’s commitment to disaster preparedness and safety. The event was actively participated in by all faculty members, staff, and students, who took the drill seriously and followed all safety protocols. A special highlight of the activity was the participation of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), who led an informative and hands-on demonstration on basic first aid techniques, further enriching the learning experience and emphasizing the importance of readiness during emergencies.
