A simple escape can start from a natural stance, hands up like you’re talking. 🧍♂️👐 If someone grabs or presses in, move off the line and clear the contact fast. Keep your posture tall, head up, and eyes on the threat. 👀
This idea shows up in traditional Shotokan kata, Heian Shodan (movement 3,4&5). Many other styles teach the same concept as Pinan Nidan. 🥋 It’s not “kata for show.” It’s a clean method to create space, break the hold, and reset your position. ✅
