From April 24th–26th, the IBS Centre of Excellence successfully hosted an impactful “Great Managers & Talented Employees” Team Building Level 2 Programme (Batch 1 - 2026) for staff of IBSUniversity and IBS College of TVET.

Led by our esteem Founder, Sir Mick Nades, alongside experienced facilitators, the programme brought together participants for three days of hands-on learning, collaboration, and personal growth.

Participants strengthened their leadership capabilities, enhanced teamwork, and gained practical strategies by learning the four keys of a great manager:
Key 1 : Select for Talent
Key 2: Define the Outcome
Key 3: Focus on Strengths
Key 4: Find the Right Fit

We’re proud to have hosted the National Gaming Control Board team in our Level 1 Team Building Programme at the IBS Centre of Excellence last year!

A total of 57 participants went through experiential learning and structured activities, participants strengthened their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills — building a foundation for an even more effective and cohesive team.
