If you are a WCC School Leaver or Non-School Leaver who has passed the National Examination and has not yet secured a placement, this is your opportunity to join an internationally aligned program.

GPA Requirement for WCC only: At least a minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for consideration under our "second chance" philosophy, though a 2.5 is generally preferred.
Priority Status: Former WCC students receive first priority for admissions and flexible payment scheme for tuition fees.

To officially join our academic community for the upcoming term, we invite you to visit our campus’ "one-stop shop" Enrolment at Ground Floor, Room 1 to complete the steps of your enrolment. These on-site procedures are required to secure your slot and issue your official student credentials.
Please take note of the following critical dates for the upcoming term:
Registration Period: January 20, 2026 – February 26, 2026
Student Orientation: February 27, 2026
Opening of Classes: March 02, 2026
Enrolment Steps:
1. Fill out Application Form & Secure Letter of Offer (Executive Office or Registrar, 2nd Floor): Visit the campus for the assessment and issuance of Letter of Offer.
2. PCU Portal Registration (Counter 1, 1st Floor Room 1): Visit the campus to finalize your profile on the PCU Online Admission Portal to ensure your student records are fully integrated into our system.
3. Submission of Documents (Counter 2, 1st Floor Room 1): Present your Letter of Offer, Application form, original admission requirements (e.g., Report Card, Birth Certificate, and Letter of Offer, Bank Payment receipts).
Note: For any concerns, please feel to visit the Registrar or Executive Office at the 2nd Floor.
4. Issuance of Certificate of Registration (COR) )(Counter 3, 1st Floor Room 1): Once documents are validated and fees are settled at the Bank, PCU Registrar will issue your official COR include schedule of your subjects.
5. ID Issuance & Validation (Counter 4, 1st Floor Room 1): Proceed to the ID and Uniform Section for your photo and official PCU Student ID.
