Gordons Primary School (1969-Current)

Was built in 1968 and opened its doors in 1969. Gordons Primary was a multi-racial school with classes from Prep up to Grade 6.

A lot of Australian children attended this school as their parents had work commitments in Port Moresby at the time. The original uniform for the girls was a Gordon Tartan print simple sleeveless round neck dress and the boys wore the Gordon Green shirt with grey shorts. This unform then changed to checks about 1973.

To all the followers of this page; the Admins wish you all a joyous and safe New Years Eve. If you are with people have a bunch of fun.
