DEMOLISHED HOUSE TAKING SHAPE.

(Thursday July 4th, 2024)

One (1) of SIX (6) houses condemned by the school Board is now taking shape.

These houses were seen as unfit for human occupancy. They were built from locally sawn timber back in the year 1994 - 1995 when the school was established!

Due to weather and Termites, the timber post houses have detoriated beyond repair.

The houses will only be Demolished and rebuild using whatever available materials including new hardware materials.

Funding for these BoM initiated projects is coming very slowly as parents are reluctant to pay in their project fees.

Slowly and eventually, we will get there!

In Dire Need for Desks

Slowly trialing out "LEM PHONICS" lessons for Junior Primary Classes (Grades 1 - 4).

DEMOLISHED HOUSE TAKING SHAPE

One of five (5) condemned Teachers Houses is being rebuilt after it's demolition on November 20th, 2023!

Board Treasurer and Carpenter, Mr. John (Kange) Joseph wasted no time as we see the house now taking shape.

The carpenter mentioned that the house should be ready for occupancy before teachers resume for 2024 academic year.

The funding of this maintenance project was funded from the school TFF subsidy component.

Two (2) more teachers houses have been condemned by the board and will be demolished and rebuilt.

Teachers need good houses to sleep and teach our children, the Board Treasurer stressed!
