where we believe in God creating NONE FAILURE and therefore support the NDoE's call for One Entry One Exit Policy (exit Gr 8 and Gr 10 Examinations)

Every child that is entertering Early Childhood Education has the potential to excel progressively into primary and secondar education through the RISEAC Education Model.
Therefore, the RMCN RISEAC HRD Model...
A Mindsets Transformative Model where every child centering ECE is tracked as early as Grade 8, 10 ,12 with one Exit Point for Certification, which is Gr12.

Every other Gr 8, 10, 12 that have exited through Gr 8, 10, 12 are NOT FAILURE, they have Potential to exel, therefore our RISEAC HR Model is tied to the Talent Tracking Testing System www.pngcareerguidecentre.com to identify every TTT Taker into their RISEAC Career Focus- Interest Groups.

The ' S" in our RISEAC HR Model is the Social and Humanities Career Focus Group.

We only choose the Social Career Focus and Training them to become our Early Childhood Phonics Teachers... Visit our PoM based Early Childhood Phonics Teacher Training Center ..The RISEAC Training Institute.

This year's (2026) intake is increased by 40%. Moment is building up for a very colorful and successful year. We thank God for his provision and protection over the school and the students 🙏.
