Empowering Leaders at Steamships Trading Company (PNG)..

Since 2023, Eddie Aila Coaching (EAC) has had the privilege of facilitating the Frontline Leadership Development Program (FLDP) for Steamships in PNG, helping to shape their next generation of leaders.

In this video, Mr. Bokie Lohia - Resident Manager of Bird of Paradise Hotel in Goroka, shares his experience, highlighting the impact of the Emotional Intelligence and Mindset components—an additional layer we’ve introduced to the program in order to deepen leadership effectiveness. His insights reinforce the importance of self-awareness and resilience in high-performance teams.

It truly has been an amazing journey since our partnership began and this year's cohorts have been amazing to watch as the senior executives transformed over the course of the program.

The program really alleviates a gap in Senior Executive Women's development and we're proud to be associated with your organization and the transformational work you do for women in PNG.

To this year's cohorts, including the cohort this week, we're looking to hearing and seeing even more of your success in 2025 and beyond!

The Senior Executive Women's Program, supported by the PNG-Australia Partnership, continues to make an impact by building the leadership capacity of women in middle management across both private and public sectors. This year, BCFW hosted 4 successful cohorts, with the final cohort concluding on November 20th, 2024.

Participants have shared how the program has helped them develop emotional intelligence, refine their mindset, and enhance key skills in risk management, financial competency, communication, organizational culture, and leadership styles.

We’re proud to partner with Eddie Aila from Eddie Aila Coaching - EAC/ Aila Consultancy, who has been facilitating this transformative program since its inception in 2019.

The Business Coalition for Women wishes to thank all its members for supporting its vision in giving women equal place in leadership and decision making through their participation in this program.

After a few days away over Easter, we're back into the grind delivering the Frontline Leader Development Program (FLDP) for Steamships.

FLDP is a Swire Shipping program and EAC has been engaged to facilitate only. This is the beginning of Cohort-10 who is about our seventh cohort to take through this program.
