What do you think about education system of PNG

This year 2021 schools in Port Moreby especially the government schools have done over number of enrollment such as the Badihagwa Technical secondary school have 100 to 130 student in a grade 9 and 10 class so the ratio is one teacher is to 100 student.Inwhich it has greatly affecting the accademic progress of the school such produce of report cards. In this kind of situation teacher can not know their student well and the learning is not very effective among the student and the teacher. Therefore, next (2022)year there must be some strict rules on enrollment so that the learning will be more effective in a classroom..
