5th Gr. 8 Graduation - 2024 | School Closing

ELECTRONIC ASSESSMENT PROGRAM | 2 YEARS

Our School Assessments are now computerized by simply:
1. Teachers hand over SAPS for each Semester 1
& 2, which has Raw Marks for Data-Entry

2. Data-Entry is done and automatically marks are
calculated

3. Report Card are automatically prepared for
printing

4. School Prizing is automatically identified by
adding Semester 1 & 2

5. Printing of Report Cards, SAPS, SASS & Overall
Academic Reports are automatically ready for
printing

OFFICIAL SCHOOL CLOSING & GR 8 GRADUATION

Tomorrow will be the official Graduation & School Closing date - 03rd of December 2024

Parents and Guardians are to come witness the Graduation where 52 of our Gr8 Students will pass out.

Tomorrow morning, the official short Program will be distributed to those who will attend the Graduation.

The initial program has:

● Preparations & Rehearsals
● Speakers of the Graduation

2. School/ Grade Prizing Name List
● Prizing using "Grading Sytem"
Category 1 - "A" Across Gradings
Category 2 - "AB" Mix Gradings
Category 3 - "B" Across Gradings
Category 4 - "ABC" Mix Gradings
Dux - "A" Across or "Highest Scorer"
● Gr 3 - Gr8 Prizing System be used for the first
time since Electronic Assessment introduced
last year 2023

3. Issuing of Gr 8 Attainment Certificates &
Semester 2 & Overal Report Cards [Will all be.
slotted into their Envelopes ✉️

Early Childhood Graduation Preparations at Melpa Lutheran Church Ground.
