ESSA proudly acknowledges Mr. Bill K. Lata for his presence, leadership, and continued support towards the association and its students.
As a Mechanical Engineering graduate and Managing Director of Tumbex Consortium Security, Mr. Lata represents the importance of professional excellence, leadership, and community responsibility.
He also holds a special place in the history of ESSA as the Founding President of the ESSA Mindset Transformation Seminar, an initiative established to inspire students to transform their mindset, broaden their thinking, and prepare themselves for meaningful roles in society.

ESSA extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Gilbert Aikal Pakau for his generosity, leadership, and continued support towards the association and the Enga student community.
Mr. Pakau is also part of the history of the ESSA Mindset Transformation Seminar, having participated in the early establishment of the initiative when Dr. Lino Tom was invited as a guest speaker.
His continued engagement demonstrates a longstanding willingness to support young Engans and encourage students to develop the confidence, vision, and determination necessary to contribute meaningfully to Enga Province and Papua New Guinea.

The support of these distinguished individuals carries a significance beyond last night's event.
ESSA's Mindset Transformation Seminar was established to create a platform where Enga students could interact with accomplished professionals, senior leaders, and influential members of society; broaden their perspectives; challenge conventional thinking; and develop the mindset required to contribute meaningfully to the future of Enga and Papua New Guinea.
The Inter-District Debate Grand Final continues that same vision by giving students a platform to think critically, communicate confidently, challenge ideas respectfully, and engage in meaningful conversations about the future of our province.
To our distinguished guests and senior brothers, thank you for believing in Enga students and for making time to stand with us.
