All the principals and deputy principals in charge of academic matters in our high and secondary schools in Gulf Province are hereby informed that the FODE tutorials rollout into the high/secondary schools in Gulf Province in the 2023 school year expect to be called this month (June) for a three days workshop in Port Moresby to present the Gulf model to the NDoE and TSC. Flexible Open and Distance Education in Gulf Province will be official having its ground breaking and Launching of the New FODE Building very shortly and the officers are rescheduling them to suit the date as rescheduled the Gulf Governor Hon. Chris. S. Haiveta on the 11-13 May 2022.

The project is Funded by the Gulf Provincial Government under the leadership of our good and prolific Leader

THE FLEXIBLE OPEN AND DISTANCE EDUCATION PC-Kerema/Gulf Province has closed the Enrolment and Registration for academic year 2022.

All FODE CSCs are adviced not to take anymore enrolments but are adviced to concerntrate on last year2021 enrolments only.

PUBLIC NOTICE

THIS SERVES TO IN OUR STUDENTS, THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT FLEXIBLE OPEN AND DISTANCE EDUCATION IN GULF PROVINCE WILL BE CLOSING THE 2022 ENROLMENT ON FRIDAY THE 18th OF MARCH 2022 AS PER THE INSTRUCTION.

The Gulf Provincial FODE Centre in Kerema will be resuming duties on the 18th of January 2022 whilst the Coordinator will resume on the 24th and and the students can resume on the 2nd week of February 2022.

All students are kindly reminded that we currently do not have a office space which we tried negotiating since October last year but never we received any good responses from the Gulf Provincial Administration because we where afraid that it will affect the 2022 enrollment. Now we are already in year 2022 which is another year of Students who will be pushed out from the conventional schools.

The Coordinator and the staffs are trying our very best to find a office space to accommodate our students enrollment for this year 2022.

We will notify all our students from each 10 LLGs of Gulf Province to stay in tune with us and we should inform you all on the 2nd week of February 2022.

Flexible Open abd Distsnce Education in Gulf Province is preparing to conduct the FODE National Examination on the 18th -29th of Oct 2021. The Coordinator and the officers have made arrangement with the Principal of Kerema Corronational Secondary School to arrange two classrooms for the Exams.

All grade 10 and 12 students whose name are mentioned on the notice board at the FODE office are all kindly asked to assemble infront of the FODE Provincial office for further information.

We are working very for our students in Gulf to set a target for other centre to follow in next year 2022

Flexible Open and Distance Education has conducted a 3 days workshop For Southern Region one week ago for the PC Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and the PC Senior Clerks.
The workshop for all officers to know the Accounting Software MYOB. It was so interest to know this MYOB which I am pretty sure that all officers who attended the workshop will put it into practice when they return back to their respective centers
