TAFE graduate with Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and 3–4 years of experience

Familiar with Jolly Phonics and Lem Phonics

Willing to relocate to Ialibu, Southern Highlands Province

Must love working with children, be patient, energetic, and a great team player ❤️

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Female candidates urged to apply
Must be single and have no children
Must be a local (Ialibu-Pangia electorate, or other electorates within SHP)
Christian

Minimum Grade. 12 education with minimum of 'B' grade
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
Good interpersonal skills
Enjoy working with children
Ability to employ different techniques (story telling, play, media) to teach
Must have excellent communication & instructional skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have high patience and is flexible
Energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated, and a team player

Mt. Ialibu Academy, an early childhood school established in 2022, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team.

Requirements:
✅ Must be single and willing to relocate to Ialibu, Southern Highlands Province (SHP)
✅ Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
👉 OR be a TAFE graduate with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and 3–4 years of experience
✅ Have at least 2 years of teaching experience (for diploma/degree holders)
✅ Familiar with Jolly Phonics and Lem Phonics
✅ Computer literate – able to use MS Word and PowerPoint
✅ Must be a Christian who does not smoke or chew betelnut
