Way to go IAC!

IAC RUNS ITS SECOND SPAM TRAINING

From the 12th – 15th of December, I AM Change Inc. (IAC Inc.) ran a Strategic Planning and Management Training at the Kwato Conference Room which is located at KB Stage 3 within the Vocational Training Center. The four day event comprised of eleven participants who learnt fundamental information aimed at enabling them to strategically plan and manage their lives whether professionally or personally, or both.

The Training was facilitated by Ms Betty Yabom who during the four days was also assisted by Ms Brittany Giarua and Miss Naomi Dubabagi, a DWU student engaged with IAC Inc. to help her with her industrial training.

The participants comprised of teachers, students and church leaders, some of which were our own IAC Inc. volunteers. This was greatly appreciated of especially by the older participants. Even one of only two of the males was thankful for the opportunity to not just learn what was taught but also the courtesy of his older teammates making him feel that his opinions mattered.

The training itself was a success and ended on a high note with a lot of positive feedback from the participants despite facing water and power cuts. This is the second training run this year and has certainly proved effective, clear, concise and simple even for mere villagers. Whom from the first training, are now progressing a lot more in their domestic lives .

This in itself is proof that such a training is of great importance and many more people need to give themselves the chance to register and go through it.

Thus, due to demand, the next training will be held at the end of January 2023.
