Stop overthinking "will" vs. "going to"! 🧠
Here is the easiest way to remember the difference:
🔮 WILL = Quick decisions & predictions
"The phone is ringing. I will answer it!" (Decided right now)
"I think it will rain later." (A guess or prediction)
📅 GOING TO = Plans & obvious evidence
"I am going to visit my family next weekend." (Already planned)
"Look at those dark clouds! It is going to rain." (Evidence right in front of you)
💡 Quick Trick: If you made the plan BEFORE speaking, use going to. If you made the plan WHILE speaking, use will!
Which sentence is correct?
A) "I bought a ticket, so I will travel tomorrow."
B) "I bought a ticket, so I am going to travel tomorrow."
