Your reactions are not about them, they are about you!
Your triggers are your treasures.
In fact, it’s not about the other person at all.
They are simply playing a role in your movie.
They are a mirror for you the see a reflection of yourself that you are not seeing.
So pause.
What is your trigger trying to show you?
What is the invitation for growth and healing that is present?
Now let me just say, this doesn’t mean that setting boundaries or having a personal “code” so to speak, as to how you will allow yourself to be treated isn’t necessary… it is!
But it’s exactly that… if you aren’t being treated the way you desire; if your friendships, or relationships are expressing a pattern you don’t like… then the common denominator to the pattern is YOU.
It’s the age of self-responsibility people.
It’s the age of remembering how the f*** to communicate, and be in community, so we can transcend this stagnant way if being and relating that is currently plaguing the collective mind.
I know many of you stand by my side in the desire to create a beautiful little community on a sacred piece of land, where we can go back to a way of being that is interconnected with all life.
But what does that actual mean.
What does that actually look like!?
We have soooo much unlearning to do.
And it all starts by looking within and asking the question, how am I creating the life I am currently experiencing.
And what can I do to generate change!?
Look at how you are reacting to the world.
How you are interacting with the world.
Stopping putting the blame on others.
And take action in shaping your own reality!
Oh my .veronica.mystic how I miss living and creating with you! This goddess is one of the dearest sisters in my life, and this post is so in alignment with the action I have seen her take in her own self-growth over the past few years! Wow. I love you so much!!! You are a living example of self-transformation through to process if inner-work! I’m so proud of you!

Are you ready to give yourself permission?
Permission to expand beyond your own limitations?
Permission to listen to the voice of your heart?
Permission to stand in your authentic truth, beyond the stories and desires that are being brought to the surface through the voice of your ego?
Permission to change. To be dynamic?
Permission to stand steady in the face of expectation?
Permission to lean into your fears when you know growth waits on the other side?
Permission to say NO when a no is present?Even if a piece of you wants to say yes…
Do you trust yourself enough to honour the present moment and all that it encompasses; emotionally, physically, energetically??
Do you trust yourself to move beyond the pressure (internal, or external) to do, or be, something or someone?
This life is a journey through your soul, through your karma, through your dharma.
It is unique to you.
It is impossible to “do it wrong”.
But I promise you… it will feel better when you give yourself permission to start living from the inside out; to honour your truth in each and every moment!
So here’s an invitation: align with your most authentic YOU.
Listen to the voice within.
And say YES to everything you know you are, and everything you know you are becoming!

Sisters!

I’m so excited to share this with you all!

I have co-created this amazing 4 week moon medicine course with a dear sister of mine who carries a deep well of wisdom in Ayurveda and Yoga.

SISTER OF THE MOON:

Is a deep dive into learning to live in harmony and balance throughout the different phases of our monthly moon cycle!

From foods, exercises, relating, intimacy, self-care... and so much more. We will look through both Eastern and Western lenses to bring to you a full circle of knowledge that will assist you in moving and loving in tune to your bodies unique, natural cycle rhythms.

We will be exploring the 4 phases (folicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual) of our cycle in depth and applying many lenses to these phases including seasonal, elemental, and constitutional.
