4 trends we’re seeing around the world🌎

Travelling gives you something Google can’t: context.
Over the past year, through different learning journeys and ecosystems around the world, we’ve seen some ideas appearing again and again.

🤖 AI is moving from novelty to infrastructure. The interesting question is no longer whether companies will use AI, but how deeply it will transform the way they work.

🌱 Purpose is becoming part of the business model. From sustainability to social impact, we’re meeting organisations trying to prove that impact and business don’t have to be separate conversations.

🤝 Community is becoming a competitive advantage. Some of the most interesting ecosystems we visit are built around strong networks where people share knowledge, resources and opportunities.

🌍 Global thinking requires local understanding. You can’t understand a market from a presentation. Culture, behaviours and context matter, and being there changes the way you see them.

These are just four of the patterns we keep finding.
And probably the most valuable part of travelling is realising how much more there is still to understand.

In Seoul, learning goes far beyond the classroom. It happens when you step into a local company, discover how innovation is shaping the city, meet entrepreneurs, explore different ways of working or simply pay attention to how everyday life works around you.

Every experience becomes an opportunity to observe, ask questions, challenge assumptions and discover new perspectives.

During our Learning Journey in Seoul, we explored the city through different learning experiences, each one opening a new window into its culture, business ecosystem and way of thinking.

Travelling isn’t just about discovering new places. It’s about learning to see things differently. 🌏
