San Blas Spanish School

The school exists as from 2003 and is dedicated to teach Spanish as a second language in a practical and fun way.

In 2003, three committed teachers felt the calling to organize their own school. The school’s growth in experience and offered services testifies to their determination in providing an unforgettable Spanish-language program. San Blas Spanish School now employs a dedicated staff of experienced teachers who are trained by the school in an internationally recognized curriculum with their skills constantly updated to keep pace with improved language instruction techniques developed world-wide. San Blas Spanish School believes learning a second language is more than taking classes, but immersing yourself in a foreign culture. A lot of students weekly volunteer with NGO’s and non-profits associated with the San Blas Spanish School to work with orphans, assist in Medical clinics, help the drug dependent and in afterschool projects. In addition, the school provides your choice between home stays to live immersed in the culture of an average Cusco family or taking an individual or shared apartment promoting independence in a new culture. For the weekends you are offered your choice of adventure excursions from white water rafting to archaeological tours, not to mention the once in a life-time opportunity to visit MachuPichu. San Blas understands that travel with all its rewards can be stressful and works to maintain a comfortable, family atmosphere for travelers of all experience levels.
