A social project located in Cusco, Peru, dedicated to providing alternative education to children, adolescents and adults.
We intend to better the lives of the Peruvian people by giving them alternative ways of living and loving. pay como proyecto social trabaja con voluntarios de todo el mundo que entregan desinteresadamente su amor y cariño en nuestras escuelas para niños y adolescentes en Cusco (ciudad) y en Lamay (Valle Sagrado (campo)) y en diversas áreas además de la educación como marketing, economía, psicología, etc. Aldea Yanapay mantiene sus costos fijos mediante "economía solidaria", gracias a nuestros hostales en Cusco y Valle sagrado que además de financiar íntegramente el proyecto proveen trabajo a muchas familias del proyecto y del Cusco. Aldea Yanapay con la intención de enseñar nuestra pedagogía y filosofía de vida ofrece nuestra "Escuela de soñadores " un mágico lugar donde cualquier persona puede aprender nuestra pedagogía y como realizar proyectos sociales sostenibles. En otras palabras "como cumplir tus sueños”. Los esperamos con mucho amor en nuestros distintos locales. Y desde ya " gracias por ayudarnos a ayudar”
Aldea Yanapay /Cusco / Perú Is a self sustained school and community whose mission is to provide children, adolescents, families, and society with an alternative form of education and conscious development. These principles are based on tolerance, responsible love, spirituality, and respect for the planet. Aldea Yanapay is a social project that works with volunteers from around the world. These volunteers selflessly devote their love and kindness to these children and adolescents in the city of Cusco and the Sacred Valley. They also contribute to other aspects of this community such as marketing, economy, psychology, tutoring, etc. Aldea Yanapay sustains it's expenses through an "economy of solidarity", a beautiful concept which is based on the capital raised from the Restaurant called Cafe Restaurant Aldea Yanapay, as well as the Villa Magica Wellness Place Hostel. All of the above mentioned projects provide dozens of jobs for the local families of Cusco. Aldea Yanapay also hosts the "School of Dreamers" in which our guests can learn about our philosophies and teachings about life. This school is an enchanting place where our teachings are centered around actualizing the sustainable social projects. In other words "how to make your dreams come true". We lovingly await your arrival in our distinct locations and would like to thank you in advance for "helping us help others".

🍂❤️🌞 El trabajo con niñ@s recarga las baterías. Ellos dan tanto, de manera inconsciente, sobre todo cuando nos abrimos a recibirlo.
La pregunta para Papá Yuri: ¿Qué retroalimentación has recibido de l@s niñ@s?
25 años de Aldea Yanapay y Yuri sigue adelante. Esto demuestra que ha valido la pena, y que sigue valiendo la pena, mantener vivo este proyecto.
Pronto se inaugurará la nueva sede, y más niñ@s, adolescentes y padres podrán respirar el aire de Aldea Yanapay y aportar su propio granito de arena.

🍂❤️🌞 Working with children recharges the batteries. They give so much, unconsciously, especially when we open ourselves to receive it.
The question for Papa Yuri: What feedback have you received from the children?
25 years of Aldea Yanapay and Yuri is still going strong. This shows that it has been worth it — and still is worth it — to keep this project alive.
Soon, the newest location will open, and more children, teenagers, and parents will be able to breathe in the Aldea Yanapay atmosphere and contribute their own special part.

💕Sabía que algún día usaría estas fotos. Las guardé durante seis años en una carpeta – algunas se dañaron y ya no se pueden abrir.
Aldea Yanapay, Yuri, la Villa Mágica, todos los voluntarios, Angélica… todos ustedes hicieron que mi camino con Aldea Yanapay fuera increíblemente bello y lleno de sentido. Gracias por ese tiempo, por todos los momentos, las lágrimas, los juegos, la comida rica y mucho más.
Vale la pena hacer un voluntariado en Aldea Yanapay!!

💕Ich wusste, dass ich diese Bilder irgendwann einmal verwenden würde. Ich hatte sie sechs Jahre lang in einem Ordner – einige davon sind leider beschädigt und lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen.
