Chupe de Camarones - an exquisite seafood chowder made from fish stock, shrimps, potatoes and corn, topped with a fried egg - is an ancestral dish from the time of the Incas.
Yesterday evening, chef Bertha and tutor Naty made Crocante de Lúcuma - a delicious crunchy and creamy tart made from lúcuma, a tropical fruit. 🤤
