Today our Kindergarten students had the opportunity to visit 1st Grade, explore their future classrooms, meet teachers, and get a little glimpse of all the exciting adventures waiting for them next year.

Seeing their excitement, curiosity, and confidence grow each day is truly so special. A new chapter is getting closer and closer! 🎉

Today’s Etnia Negra celebration was a beautiful reflection of the strong, united, and vibrant community we have built together at TRAIL. ✨

Seeing our students, families, and staff come together to celebrate culture, history, diversity, and tradition made this event truly special. From the joyful moments to the meaningful learning experiences, every part of the day reminded us of the importance of honoring and appreciating the richness of Afro culture and the diversity that makes our community so unique. 🇵🇦✨

As part of our celebration of Etnia Negra, our students proudly wore braids in recognition of the rich history, culture, and traditions.

Our Book Week came to the sweetest ending with our Book Fair 📚

From discovering new stories to sharing favorite books with friends, today was all about celebrating curiosity, imagination, and the joy of reading together 📖✨

A huge thank you to all the families, students, libraries, StuCo, and BoB members who helped make this event so special. Your support helped turn our campus into a space full of stories, laughter, and community.

We had the privilege of welcoming author Richard Zafrani to TRAIL for an inspiring session with our Middle School and High School students 📚

Through his book Ser Feliz, Richard encouraged students to reflect on happiness, mindset, and personal growth in a meaningful and engaging way. Beyond the pages of his book, he shared practical strategies, thoughtful insights, and interactive activities that invited students to participate, connect, and think deeply about their own experiences.

Moments like these spark curiosity, inspire reflection, and remind our learners that growth happens both inside and outside the classroom ✨

We had the honor of welcoming author Galith Gazal to our school for a truly meaningful and heartfelt visit 📚

Through her book David y los Oídos Mágicos, Galith reminded our students that differences are not something to judge, but something that makes each person unique and special. Together with David, they shared their story, answered thoughtful questions, and encouraged our students to lead with kindness, empathy, and understanding.

Students also participated in a small activity that helped them experience the world from David’s perspective without his hearing aids — creating a powerful moment of reflection and connection ✨

As part of our Book Week celebrations, our 3th, 4th, and 5th grade students participated in practice sessions for BOB (Battle of the Books) on Monday and Tuesday! 📚

Battle of the Books is a reading competition where students work together to answer questions based on the books they have read. During these trial sessions, students challenged their knowledge, strengthened their teamwork, and experienced the excitement of the competition ✨

We are very excited to see how they do in the official competition later this month! 🏆📖

Through stories, songs, dancing, and interactive games, our students were fully immersed in a magical experience that sparked creativity, participation, and a love for reading 💫
