Dreamspear is an entrepreneurship program designed to have students learn how to run a variety of businesses in a foreign country under mentorship supervision. The curriculum provides students with the critical thinking and professional skills an individual needs to succeed as an entrepreneur. By providing students with real jobs, in successful businesses, our students will learn real world busine
ss management skills and successful business practices in a variety of settings. At Dreamspear we do not try to fit students into a corporate mold or a specific job scenario and/or job placement opportunity. In fact, we work exactly the opposite, we look at an individual and define all the strengths and weaknesses of a student, their personal inclinations, inspiration, and their short and long term goals to determine all of their different career options. Whatever the career path a student may choose, it is our job at Dreamspear to frame the choices considering risks, and options that will make their career financially and recreationally rewarding.
