Stop saying "continue" — say "keep going" instead!
"Keep going" is more natural and commonly used in spoken English than "continue," which can sound formal or stiff in everyday conversation.
While both mean to proceed without stopping, "keep going" feels more energetic and encouraging.
Examples:
"Don't stop now — keep going, you're doing great!"
"Should we take a break?" → "No, let's keep going for another hour."
"I'm tired but I'll keep going until I finish this project."
Use "continue" in more formal contexts (writing, presentations), but default to "keep going" in casual conversations for a more natural sound.
