My formula ⬇️ I use to meal prep recipes and most of the time I would never eat it and I still didn’t have anything for dinner now … I meal prep ingredients! Use this formula 5 proteins, 3 carbs, 2 fats 5 proteins: Italian zucchini meatballs, ground turkey, hard boiled eggs, baked chicken breast, chicken thighs . 3 veggies: mixed veggie packet sautéed, steamed broccoli, & baked peppers and onions. 3 carbs: boiled potatoes, rice, oats 2 fats: shredded Cabot cheddar, avocado Remember to have your pantry filled with staples! Now doing it this way I am able to make tons of different meals & snacks. Example of what I will make: Ground Turkey Lunch Bowl, Italian meatballs with rice or pasta (stock up the pantry) w/ veggies, chicken and pepper fajitas, hard boiled egg with fruits, tacos with veggies, Italian veggie turkey bowl, chicken thighs with veggies, chicken salad from breast or thighs. Johnny Martin from our class of 1971 has passed away. He was such a special person to CHS's ROTC program. I remember how sharp he always looked in his uniform, especially when presenting for the events at our stadium. Here is information about his service in January. If you live in or around Austin, hope you can attend and let him know we are saluting him up in heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend..........Sherry Kern Keimig

Just heard that Chris Bailey (Mott) passed away last night Nov. 29th). Step daughter Darla said she died from stage 4 cancer. Was sick for 3 months.
