If you were to take a Presentation Skills Program, what would you hope to learn: Do you need help putting your Presentation together, or help with practice and delivery - or everything. Would you do it online? If not, why would online be a barrier?

This isn't just an issue in UK/US/Europe/ Australia etc. Vocational skills are important. Sadly, without an understanding that 'trade/technical' are important jobs they are unlikely to be taught any time soon. Perhaps I'm wrong and they are part of the curriculum in some schools.
