Scientific Institute for Training and Administrative Development

The Scientific Institute for Training and Administrative Development (SITAD) started in 1991 as The Scientific Institute for English and Computer (SIEC). For the past 20 years, this institute has been committed to providing quality manpower development training, in order to equip Omanâ workforce for excellence in service. SITAD is located in the city of Nizwa, the beautiful heart of the Sultanate of Oman.

Contrary to popular business models, our primary motivation has not been the making of profits in the short-run. Our primary motivation has remained service. We believe that if quality services are provided, these will in-turn naturally market our programs to a larger scope of clientele leading to profits in the long-run. Over the years, SIEC/ SITAD have trained many who now hold high leadership positions in the business and professional world. We are a household name in many quarters (particularly in Al-Dakhaliya region) and hundreds have benefited from our services.
