We were honoured to welcome Stella Kloth, Ambassador of the Embassy of the Netherlands, for the launch of a very special 'Emotions of the Oceans' competition.

Her Excellency introduced this exciting challenge to our girls in collaboration with Green Life, celebrating marine life and emotions through creativity. Entries can include drawings, paintings, mixed-media, sculptures and more.
We can’t wait to see the incredible artwork our pupils create and look forward to visiting the exhibition in April!

Raising funds for Charity! 🚴🚴‍♀️🚴🏾‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴🚴‍♀️🚴🏾‍♂️

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Simon, a dedicated Downe House UK parent, and father of our first DH graduate intern, Poppy. Mr. Simon embarked on an incredible journey riding 1045km from Dubai to Ras Al Haddad! 🚴‍♂️🌍

All in support of a fantastic charity called Squashdreamers, based in Amman, Jordan. This organisation works tirelessly with refugee children, using the power of sport and education to improve their life chances and overall wellbeing.

It's worth noting that his daughter, Poppy, volunteered with Squashdreamers during her time at an Arabic language college after finishing university.

Mr. Simon chose to undertake this ride to help a relatively small charity, ensuring that every penny raised goes directly to supporting the girls involved.

We are also proud to mention that Mr. Simon's other daughter, Violet-Rose, is currently studying at Downe House in the UK.



Congratulations on all of the funds raised so far! Mr. Simon clearly made a difference - one pedal at a time! 🚴‍♂️👏

Tomorrow, our brand new Kindergarten is officially launched at the Open Day event at Downe House Muscat. Get ready for an exciting year ahead! 🎒✨
