Week 7 Overview

Kia ora e te whānau, Kumusta, Dear all,

Tomorrow morning our school buses run as usual.

Please make sure your child is dressed in school uniform and fluro vest, and that they have morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle (No heat ups). Girls hair is either a top head of hair tie back or a ponytail. Please make sure children have shorts and vest underneath their clothes for easy changing.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow, but if you are unable please do see the livestream channel.

We are all looking forward to a day of participation that demonstrates our inclusive and supportive school culture and values of Whakaute, Kaha & Manaakitanga. Our students have been so caring and supportive of each others individual strengths and characteristics.

9am School day starts as usual

9:30am Buses depart school to ILT Stadium

10.00-11.00 am Watch performances

11.00 -11.45 an Keum in Velodrome (with lots of other schools)

11.45-12.00 Lunch probably in Velodrome

12.00-12.10 Practice in Velodrome

12.10-12.35 Changing in our designated area

12.35 - 12:50pm Back stage in designated area

12:55pm Performance, followed by photos

1:25pm Change

1.30-2.15pm Watch performances (if parents wish to take their own children home at this point, please see your child's teacher for roll before leaving)

2:30pm Buses returning to school for end of day

3pm Buses and pickup as usual.
