At the Australasian Tapas Competition, three talented Pasifika Cookery learners participated and competed in the prestigious culinary competition! 👏

They did a fantastic job despite it being a first-time experience for them. They crafted beautiful and delicious tapas that honoured their Pasifika culture and families, and also showcased their hard work and effort as our learners working towards their dreams! Ka pai team! 🙌

On August 19th, we celebrated the 8th Australasian Tapas Competition, held at Skills Institute Wiri, with 39 talented chefs from across New Zealand and Australia! 🍽️

Once again, the competition was a huge success, showcasing the incredible talent, creativity and passion for culinary arts across our countries 👏

The two representatives heading to Spain to compete in the 10th World Tapas Championship Final are:
