We hope everyone is staying warm and safe in this poor weather. Probably a well timed Teacher Only Day today! We look forward to seeing students back at school tomorrow, Tuesday 1st Sept. Good luck to all our Winter Sports teams competing this week!

We are well into getting students thinking about their courses for next year, and getting their course selection completed. A big part of this is going through final selections with staff. Next week, we have slots available every day for students and their parents to come in and work through this process. This is for Year 8 to 12 students who have not had their course selections signed off yet. The deadline to complete these are Friday 28 August - come along and get these signed off!

Today: Coming to Open Night? Expo Evening? Both? Parking can be at a premium - the Bus Park (Mackenzie Street, just down from CSC) is a good place to park. When parking, please be considerate to our neighbours, especially their driveways.

We are looking forward to Open Night and Expo Evening tonight!

We often get questions about our Enrolment Zone - the Ministry of Education have a great resource that tells you what schools are in your zone, based on your address. Link to the site: https://www.educationcounts.govt.nz/find-school

Enrolment forms (completed online, go to our website www.csc.school.nz) are due by August 28th. This is an especially important date for any out of zone enrolments so we can process these and confirm enrolment as soon as possible.
