Yesterday ruma Rawiri took the bus into the Cheeky Lama Cafe at Queenspark to experience for themselves the famous Rainbow cake. It has lately been a very hot topic amongst the tamariki here at Blueduck within their play café so why wouldn't we take them into Invercargill to experience the real deal.

Wednesday last week as a whole centre we celebrated Matariki. We enjoyed connecting, celebrating and sharing with all our amazing tamariki and their whanau. The tamariki also showcased their creativity through the arts. The whole night was absolutely amazing, especially the shared kai. Thank you to our wonderful learning community ❤️

Ako Wha is our transition to school program that we run here at Blue Duck. Yesterday our tamariki spent time in Ako Wha exploring their early mathematical, literacy and social skills while working collaboratively in a small group.
Listening, turn taking, exploring mathematical concepts, early print and following instructions were a few of the key learning outcomes.

Hi team
We are seeking a cleaner in a permanent part-time role.
This role would involve cleaning our centre for approximately 2 hours a night or morning, 5 days a week. The cleaning would need to be undertaken within the period from 5:30 pm to 7:30 am.
Feel free to message us if you're interested- we're looking at a starting date as soon as possible.
