Kia ora Whanau, We do not have a newsletter this week, but here are a few notices. Certificates - Week 6 🥳 Congratulations to everyone who is receiving a certificate this week. Room 6 and 7 are obviously away at camp and by all reports have had an amazing time! Room 1 - Aart Laird, Freddie McLean Room 2 - Ezra Shortland, Daisy Land Room 3 - Chase Hayward, Thea Pavitt, Emme Stephens Room 4 - Ada McInnes-Brink, Jonty Browne Room 5 - Kate Walker, Satine Jackson Childhood illnesses We have had a few reports of hand, foot and mouth and threadworms around school and the community. Swimming The school pool is open for use, please see Donna in the office if you would like to purchase a key for summer.
Class Swimming
Classes will officially start swimming from week 8, as we are currently teaching gymnastics.
Some classes may swim occasionally in week 7, so please start to pack togs from next week.
Thames Valley Athletics - Date change
This has been changed to Friday, 28th November.
Hats
Please remember to bring a named hat to school everyday in term 4 and 1.
Classes for 2026
After many weeks of discussion we have decided to go to 8 classes for next year; this will allow
for smaller classes. This requires us to move the library into the back of Room 1 to allow for the
new classroom in the library space. If there is anything we need to know from you going into
next year please see Nicola, Shona or Gary as soon as possible.
Room 1 - Year 0/1 - Emily Ratcliffe (Monday-Wednesday), Nicola Riedinger (Thursday-Friday)
Room 2 - Year 2 - Jen Spyve
Room 3 - Year 3 - Lucy Pavitt
Room 4 - Year 4 - Cara Till
Room 5 - Year 5 (Library) - New Teacher (Monday-Thursday), Shona (Friday)
Room 6 - Year 5/6 - Leigh (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), Gary (Wednesday)

Library
Due to the library space being used as a classroom next year, our library is moving into the back
of Room 1. Jo has already started this process. If you have any books at home please return
them to classrooms as soon as possible.

Threadworms are tiny worms that infect the digestive tract. They're common in children and spread easily. They commonly cause an itch around the bottom and ge****ls.
