IF ..... l get ppl interested in chch nz, l may do small classes 4 those interested when l move there. I know ppl are interested in: no waste, soup and chocolate classes. I cld also show ppl how 2 be frugal. Sadly I got no support from whangarei, I'm not a "teacher" as Labour Govt want with there b.s, so lm helping in an advisory role 2 help ppl be4 they need the govt services.
Hope l get interest and find ppl who have love of food and NO WASTE and have less going in2 compost or other.

Well 2017 ppl and my dream 2 open is further away, yet more and more ppl need help and guidance on basics and budgeting... l ponder and dream... enjoy the yr and lm still here if you want help.

YES 2 all the kiwi supporters, l did see article on ONE News 2night and l still wonder why lm not up and running.... shortages in trade and l cant do a thing about it without govt support.

Welcome 2 a new yr of 2016 and sadly my dream of getting up and running is getting further away as the price of property value has raised 6.1% here and the original amount 2 do the school will be a very low base 4 what l want 2 have 2 build with kitchens.... although ppl have asked me 2 do a diabetic cookbook and all going well if there is a higher interest l will put it 2 publish on cd like my son's cookbook which is still 4 sale.... and will only happen if l get support 4 it which will cost over $5k jst 2 do the cooking side of it, although lucky as l already have some on the WCS fb pg from last yr. you are welcome 2 go in2 the "photo's" and have a look... and by "liking" l will see what you are interested in. So lets hope that this yr will be better than the last ... and you like what you see :)

Well another yr has gone by and with the dream of raising the money this yr it has sadly fallen on deaf ears and deep pockets, so depending on whether the xmas wish is put under my tree will depend on what happens in 2016, if you wld like 2 pledge 2 this which is ALL or nothing you will find the link now further down the fb pg as l close off 4 this yr..... so have a merry xmas and a happy new yr, with my hope 2 be bck next yr and although the fb pg is closing down, l'll still be here 2 help you and still be doing some more special dishes.... be safe and bye 4 now.
