Northland Cosmetics Academy is inviting Registered Nurses who are interested in expanding their professional scope to join the rapidly growing field of Aesthetic Medicine.

One day confidence courses available in Auckland and Christchurch 💉

———-BE AWARE———
There is a lot of talk about regulations that are desperately needed within the cosmetic medicine industry. Filler is definitely the most frightening, with very little stopping untrained injectors treating clients. Lasers are also a modality needing some attention in NZ.

BE AWARE of short courses, online courses, and courses that do not have pre requisites that align with NZSCM guidelines.

There are NO current recognised qualifications in NZ. Anyone can call their training a Diploma, which is leading injectors along a pathway to nothing.

The cheapest and fastest courses are not necessarily the best. A great treatment provider doesn’t qualify someone as a trainer, a teaching qualification does.

Be mindful, be safe, don’t take risks or shortcuts, follow NZSCM guidelines as they are what we have available.

Be a colleague not a competitor.
