On 31 August, we went for a lovely walk to Daffodil House (Cancer Society) together with our friends from Little Geckos and Big Geckos to celebrate Daffodil Day.

It was a wonderful experience for our tamariki to personally hand over our donations to the amazing people who work at Daffodil House and show our support for such an important cause.

And of course, we were so excited to meet Daffy the Daffodil!

What a fantastic learning experience today! We were lucky to have Leyla from Kiwi North visit us to teach us all about bugs and mini beasts.

Our tamariki discovered fascinating facts about insects and other tiny creatures, learnt about their unique features and life cycles, and gained a greater appreciation for the important role they play in our world. Thank you, Leyla, for making learning so much fun!
