If you're 'on track', you're heading in the right direction and doing things that bring you closer to your goal. If you're 'sidetracked' you aren't going anywhere, you're wasting time doing something different. Both of these phrases come from the idea of a train being on it's track and going in the right direction, so this saying means 'don't let anyone distract you and stop you from going the right way'.

ANSWER

The sentence on the magazine cover means she enjoys cooking her family and cooking her dog. Poor family and dog!

CORRECT: Rachael Ray finds inspiration in cooking, her family and her dog. (This means she gets finds it interesting and fun to cook, to spend time with her family and to spend time with her dog.

When you mention three things, do it like this: 1, 2 and 3.
