🌸 Happy Spring! Happy kōanga!🌸

Over the past two weeks, our tamariki have been enjoying Spring Week with lots of fun activities, creativity, and opportunities to explore. 🌷🎨

And when the sun finally came out, we made the most of it! ☀️ Our tamariki were so happy to be outside, running, playing, exploring, and enjoying the fresh spring air together. 💚

It’s the simple moments, sunshine, little hands creating, and happy children playing together, that make our days so special. 🌼

🌺 Together We Belong! 🤝🏽💙

Today, our two centres came together to celebrate Welcoming Week and what makes our communities so special — our people, our cultures, and the connections we share. ❤️

There were smiles, beautiful ethnic dress, delicious food, and lots of time to connect and celebrate together. Seeing our whānau and tamariki coming together made the day feel extra special. 🌺

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared your culture with us. Together, we are stronger, and together we belong. 🫶🏽

This Thursday, we’re coming together with Pasifika Learning Centre (PLC) to celebrate the amazing cultures, people, and communities that make us who we are. 🌏❤️

Come along in your ethnic dress, bring a favourite food from your culture, and join us for a special Shared High Tea at 12pm. 🍰🌺

💙 Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Today we came together at Born and Raised Pasifika to celebrate the special fathers and father figures in our tamariki’s lives. ❤️

There was plenty of yummy cake, laughter, and a lovely shared lunch with our whānau. 🍰🍽️

Thank you to all the whānau who joined us today. It was such a beautiful afternoon of sharing kai, laughter, and time together.

Happy Father’s Day to all our amazing dads and father figures! 💙

🌱 Little Garden Helpers! 🌿

Yesterday, our tamariki rolled up their sleeves and got busy helping to tidy up our garden! They had lots of fun pulling out weeds, getting their hands in the soil, and working together to care for our outdoor space. 🌼🪴

A little bit of gardening, a little bit of teamwork, and lots of happy smiles! 💚

🇮🇳 Happy Indian Language Week! 🌸

What a wonderful week of celebrating Indian language and culture together!

We finished the week with a special celebration of India Independence Day at our centre. Our tamariki enjoyed Indian food, lots of smiles and laughter, and the chance to experience beautiful Henna art. 🌿✨

It was lovely to see everyone joining in, sharing food, learning something new, and celebrating together. These shared moments help make our centre a place where everyone’s culture and traditions are valued and welcomed. ❤️

🌺 Happy Cook Islands Language Week! 🌺

Over the past two weeks, we have been celebrating Cook Islands language and culture with our tamariki, whānau, and wider centre community.

Last week, we came together to capture a special ethnic group photo, bringing together the beautiful cultures and people who make our centre what it is. ❤️ We have also been busy creating some beautiful Cook Islands-inspired artwork, with little hands bringing their own ideas and creativity to life.

These moments are more than just photos— they are memories we create together. When we celebrate together, we create a place where every child and whānau can feel proud of who they are and where they come from.

🌺 Happy Cook Islands Language Week! 🌺

What a wonderful week of celebrating Cook Islands language and culture together!

Today, we came together with our friends from Pasifika Learning Centre for a special shared kai. It was lovely to see our tamariki, whānau, and kaiako enjoying delicious food, sharing laughter, and celebrating as one community.

Every culture we celebrate helps our tamariki learn a little more about the world and the people around them. Through these shared experiences, they are growing with curiosity, respect, and a strong sense of belonging.

A big meitaki ma’ata to everyone who joined us and helped make the celebration so special. We loved sharing this beautiful day with you all.
