More marvelous building. This time the children are using transparent blocks. The boys in this clip are so proud of their efforts and keep reassuring each other that they are both doing great work. They are also learning techniques off each other. Children learn so much from their peers including the process of learning and the emotions of achieving a task.

Can you build me a home? It's amazing to notice the thought process that goes on when children are given blocks to build with!
Today we have been continuing the process of building. There are so many opportunities to expand a child's knowledge with building techniques.
During this process of play children are learning early mathematical skills, problem solving, balance and persistent to name a few benefits of building.

Out and about in our community. At the moment we have a group of children interested in Big Trucks, Loaders, Logging Trucks and timber yards and logging operations. It was a cool opportunity to see another type of vehicle for the children to extend on their interests and expand on their ever growing knowledge.
