Some simple stretches and breathing today! We love Wednesday morning Yoga. ☀️☀️Moving our body’s and breathing exercises are amazing for regulating ourselves and make it so much fun!

We’re so lucky to have our very own orchard, where the tamariki can experience the joy of caring for and learning about our lambs and other animals. 🐑💚
