Happy Friday! As we head into the weekend we're highlighting our family wellness prize pack.
This pack includes a stack of toys and treats for the kids, including Star Wars Lego set 75385, Marvel Lego set 76288, a Beast Wars Megatron Transformer, a Bop-It and HangDog vouchers!

We are proud to support an organisation making a significant difference in the lives of children and families across Aotearoa. π It's one of the many ways we work to create positive impact beyond our every day services and programmes.

We have so much appreciation towards our FABULOUS primary school facilitators over the hill in the Wairarapa! π
Today was super special... we had a couple of extra visitors in our hui, about to take on the role of supporting our tamariki through our programmes. It's awesome witnessing the passion and dedication to learn all about our teachings, tools and strategies! π
All with a shared purpose and vision to support mental health and well-being for our future generation.

Our Mindfulness for Children groups and individual coaching sessions are all locked in.

π₯ Sharing a moment from a 1:1 coaching session this afternoon.
There was laughter, connection, and a powerful shift. π
What youβre seeing here is more than just βfunβ β itβs a child learning, in real time, that they are not at the mercy of their feelings. That even when emotions feel big, they have tools and strategies. They have choice. They have control.
This is the work that changes lives. π
When a child begins to recognise whatβs happening inside them and feels equipped to respond, everything starts to shift β at home, at school, and within themselves.
We see it every day. π― Children who once felt overwhelmed begin to stand taller, communicate more clearly, and move through challenges with greater understanding.

Here at Kaleidoscope, this sits at the heart of everything we do. π― We know how important it is for our tamariki to use their voice ~ to express how they feel, to share their thoughts, and to stand confidently in who they are. πͺ
We support children to be proud of their identity and to communicate with clarity and confidence. Even within our pre-school and new entrants programmes, this is a priority from the very beginning. π Creating safe spaces where tamariki feel seen, heard, and valued is fundamental to their wellbeing and development.
