✨Rest✨
To truly nourish oneself we need to Honour all aspects of wellness!
Rest is something that does not come naturally to me, however over the years I know how important it is and how much of an impact it has on my mind, body & all over health.
At the moment I’m learning to really listen to myself when my body is craving deep rest.
When I’m getting frustrated & emotional around small things, wanting to eat lots of sugar & my mind is going wild ~ I’m realising this is my body telling me rest is needed.
What are some of your cues that rest is calling ?
