🌟 Meet Nyalual — one of our incredible students!

Nyalual is studying General English, Kiwi English, and preparing for her Learner Licence test. She recently scored an amazing 34/35 on her AA Practice test! 🎉

But at KiwiClass, we believe that support goes beyond the classroom. 💛 Our Student Support Facilitator has been by Nyalual's side every step of the way — helping with MSD applications for winter clothing and travel costs, setting up her Snapper card, and online banking — so she can come to class and focus on what matters most: her English learning. 🌿

Her dream? To become a businesswoman and open her own restaurant one day. 🍽️ And with her determination and our support, we know she'll get there!

💼 English for Work — Your pathway to employment in New Zealand!

Our English for Work programme helps you build the language, digital, and workplace skills needed to find and start work in Aotearoa. 🌿

Designed for post-beginner to pre-intermediate learners, the course covers customer service, teamwork, digital, workplace health and safety, and more — all assessed against NZQA Unit Standards. Plus, you'll complete a two-week work experience placement in your desired field! 🙌

Upon completion, you'll receive an NZQA Training Scheme Certificate. 🎓

Our English for Communication class is designed for learners who want to build confidence using English in everyday life — chatting with neighbours, making friends, and connecting with the community. 🤝

This is a relaxed, social class focused on real conversation and key communication skills. No pressure, just friendly practice with others who are on the same journey!

📚 Learning English? We've got a class for you!

KiwiClass offers free General English classes across Wellington and Lower Hutt. Wellington classes run five days a week, and Lower Hutt four days a week, with both morning-only and full-day options to suit different schedules. 🗓️

We offer four levels, so whether you're a complete beginner or already able to hold a conversation, there's a class that's right for you:
🔹 Level 1A — For complete beginners, building vocabulary, listening, and early writing skills using specialist techniques.
🔹 Level 1B — Developing writing further and growing confidence using English in everyday situations.
🔹 Level 2A — For learners who can hold a simple conversation, focusing on handling real-life daily situations.
🔹 Level 2B — For more confident learners building reading, writing, and fluency — with pathways into our English for Work classes. 💼

Every learner is individually assessed before being placed, ensuring you start at exactly the right level. Our teachers take the time to get to know each student personally, so learning is always tailored to your needs. 🌱

All classes are completely free for NZ residents and citizens. Enrolments are open all year round — come learn with us! 🌈
