Keeping New Zealand’s business events industry world-class starts with investing in our people.

That’s what Te Haeata is all about- helping people in the business events industry build practical skills, grow their confidence, and create stronger career pathways through a mix of online learning and workplace-based assessment.

ServiceIQ has now transitioned to NZMA within the UP Education group, and our teams marked the occasion with celebrations in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland.

There’s extra excitement for our Auckland team, who have now moved into NZMA’s office at 100 Symonds Street, Grafton.

With 2026 moving quickly and July nearly complete, we are pleased to reconfirm that ServiceIQ will officially become part of NZMA, within the UP Education group, from 1 August 2026.

The good news is that it’s business as usual.

✅ No changes to programmes or apprenticeships
