I've been a pretty-much full time photographer since 1986 - forty years - and these days I mainly take my personal photos on a fairly cheap cellphone (still using a DSLR for professional work). In that amount of time, one gets pretty good at spotting a potential photo where most people wouldn't notice anything interesting. This was taken on Thursday morning while waiting outside a cafe on Courtenay Place for my coffee to be ready.

And then there's the deep dive. Self-directed, mentored personal project/s, but with a group. Starts November this year, winds up mid-2027. Typically, some projects will resolve into exhibitions, books etc, maybe also a group exhibition. We only run this every 2 or 3 years so this is an opportunity...
