Go check them out 🌟❤️Jacqui at Kapiti Learn to swim also comes into ECE services to teach water safety to our tamariki! She is very knowledgeable with so much experience!

As a long standing community business we are continuously grateful for the loyalty and ongoing support our local families show us over the years (Its been 30 years of delivering high quality lessons to the Kapiti Coast this October!)

To show our gratitude Kapiti Learn to Swim would like to 'give back' to our local families a gesture of kindness, through offering 15 babies and their families the opportunity to swim every week for the rest of Term 3..... for FREE ... thats 9 sessions valued at $180 per family !!!!! Amazing!

Entry criteria-
Do you have a wee bubs aged between 6- 24mths? Can you commit to a weekly swim class once a week for 9 weeks- starting next week? Are you able to attend a week day class? (Not Saturday) Are you a new family to Kapiti learn to swim? (Never had a child swim with us before)

This month we would like to highlight the 30th of July as it is international friendship day! We will use this day to provide our tamariki with extra support for their social and emotional competencies, we will do this by promoting positive interactions, through various experiences that we have planned for this day.

Being kind, caring and looking out for one another is always a part of our Wise owl culture. But this day will emphasize this! ❤️

Here's some pictures of tamariki having fun while out and about on today's park excursion.....

Excursions invite children to interact with the world around them. Being out and about in their community helps children to learn about their immediate environment.

In addition to promoting investigation and curiosity, excursions provide children with a chance to interact with their community and strengthen friendships.

What was special about today's trip was that Cairo recognised and made connections with some other children at the park who attend the kura that he will be moving to in a few weeks 💫
