š 'Anything Goes' | St Andrew's College Senior Production 2026 š¶
Whakamihi to the cast, orchestra, crew, and everyone involved in the 2026 Senior production of 'Anything Goes'. The show was a fabulous success, delighting audiences night after night, with many returning to enjoy it a second time!
From the music and choreography to the direction and design elements, every detail came together to create something truly special. The energy, polish, and joy on stage reflected the hard mahi and commitment of all involved. š
A standout feature of this yearās production was the inclusion of a fullācast tap sequence. With only seven students having tapped before, and just four currently taking lessons, the achievement of the entire cast performing together was remarkable. The dedication of choreographer Hana Pearce (OC 2019) and the cast was clear on stage, making it a memorable moment of the show! āØ

New Zealand's next greatest founders are still in high school.
Icehouse Ventures in partnership with Crimson Education are launching a first-of-its-kind fellowship to identify and back New Zealandās most exceptional young founders.
Five Year 12 students will be selected to receive fully funded scholarships, which include a world-class education pathway through Crimson Global Academy (valued at $30,000 per student), and a year-long programme with Icehouse Ventures that includes mentorship, engagement with investors, attendance at events, and support from other founders.
Each student will also receive $10,000 of equity-free funding to put towards launching and growing a startup.
An idea or business plan is not necessary at this stage. Instead, the organisations are looking for the entrepreneurial qualities that precede both: the ambition, grit, and conviction to build something the world needs before the world knows it yet.
*Apply now or send The Fellowship to a brilliant young person in your circles: https://www.icehouseventures.co.nz/the-fellowship*

Students at Huanui College took to the stage for the College production of the School of Rock. All five shows sold out and the energy across the week was incredible. The students delivered high-quality performances full of passion and commitment and should all be hugely proud of what they achieved. Jorja Lawson, making her debut in a musical, shone in the challenging role of Dewey Finn, expertly combining the comedy and pathos of this complex character.
The College's live band, This Time Tomorrow, opened the show and from there it was all go. The backstage crew were kept busy with 21 scene changes, and the make-up and costume transformations were very impressive.
Shout-out to the many staff who helped to make it all happen and to the School of Rock whÄnau for your continued support.
Congratulations to all involved. What a week!
